Proposed Rules

Summary of rule


The proposed amendment would require most timely license renewals to be submitted online.  The amendment also establishes a process for requesting a waiver if a licensee is unable to renew online.


Fiscal note


The amendment has a fiscal impact, and the Office of State Budget and Management has approved the board's fiscal note.  The note indicates that there is an impact on state and local funds and the private sector.  To see the fiscal note, please click on the links below.



Public hearing on rule
